Community Guidelines

Following are the community guidelines:

1. You may not use the Verified Account badge unless it is provided by Pring
2. Privacy: You may not publish or post other people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, street address or National Identity numbers, contact information without their express authorization and permission
3. You may not use obscene or pornographic images in either your profile picture or user background
4. You may not create serial accounts for disruptive or abusive purposes
5. You may not engage in username squatting. Accounts that are inactive for more than 6 months may also be removed without further notice
6. Malware/Phishing: You may not publish or link to malicious content intended to damage or disrupt another user’s browser or computer or to compromise a user’s privacy
7. Spam: You may not use the Pring service for the purpose of spamming anyone
   1. You are spamming if you have followed a large amount of users in a short amount of time
   2. You are spamming if you have followed and unfollowed people in a short time period, particularly by automated means
   3. You are spamming if you repeatedly follow and unfollow people, whether to build followers or to garner more attention for your profile
   4. You are spamming if you have a small number of followers compared to the amount of people you are following
   5. You are spamming if your updates consist mainly of links, Ads and not personal updates
   6. You are spamming if you post misleading links
   7. You are spamming if a large number of people are blocking you
   8. You are spamming if the number of spam complaints that have been filed against you are large
   9. You are spamming if you post duplicate content over multiple accounts or multiple duplicate updates on one account
   10. You are spamming if you post multiple unrelated updates to a topic using #
   11. You are spamming if you repeatedly post other users' updates as your own
   12. If you have attempted to "sell" followers, particularly through tactics considered aggressive following or follower churn
   13. You are spamming if you are using or promoting third-party sites that claim to get you more followers
   14. You are spamming if you create false or misleading Points of Interest
   15. If you create Points of Interest to namesquat or spam
8. You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else
9. You will not offer any contest, giveaway, or sweepstakes on Pring without our prior written consent
10. You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement
